Accomodation supervisor

Job Description:

To assist the Accommodations Manager with the efficient daily operations of the accommodation. This includes managing safety, hygiene, maintenance, security, welfare. To conduct daily audits and spot checks when in instructed. To deploy TG staff to their workplace daily basis under company policies. Be prepared to deputize for Accommodation Manager when we required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deploy and schedule replacement of staff to cover emergency leave, injury, illness and training etc.
• Supervise and develop staff.
• Report all damaged materials and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the accommodation is maintained.
• Ensure staff are correctly dressed and groomed to Transguard standard.
