Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross functional teams to make sure restaurants are timely Activated for your cities.
  • Be close to the field, engage directly into partner relationships and negotiations and provide senior relationship coverage with key accounts.
  • Build a diversified restaurant base by type, geography and cuisine.
  •  Build and manage a successful account management team responsible for driving supply portfolio volume, revenues and returns.
  • Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly account management plan, budget and targets.
  •  Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value proposition, sales enablement, systems, processes, and programs.
  •  Collaborate with Noon Food head of Sales and Account Management to establish and execute supply acquisition strategy.
  •  Develop partnerships with large restaurant brands at the level of the country.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
  •  Sales transformation skills, Stakeholder influencing skills and ability to manage through ambiguity are also core to success.
  • Experience in online marketplaces and startups is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a similar field
  • Must have strong and excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
  •  On-demand or e-com platform experience is a plus
