Job Description:

Co-ordinates day-to-day activities and is responsible for managing telephone calls. Liaises with the facility staff on behalf of the Manager for daily operations. Manages office equipment, including postage machines, printers, fax, photocopier, conference phone etc. are in working condition. Ensures office supplies are adequately maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and provides complete administrative support for meetings.
  • Facilitates meeting and appointment participation.
  • Undertakes follow-up actions for meeting coordination.
  • Maintains internal schedules.
  • Arranges a proper filing system for correspondences received or sent from the Manager’s office.
  • Arranges for travel and accommodations for team members, as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations.
  • Hands on experience with medical software and MS Office.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • MS Office and computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with medical and insurance legislation.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic Language.
