Job Description:

The purpose & role of the Financial Performance Specialist will be to gather data to identify opportunities and analyze financial information and develop financial strategies. Provide financial advice, develop financial models, and assess financial risk. Highlighting strategic geographical locations to gain entry into new markets and increase market share, revenue and profitability by providing detailed analysis and models. Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
  • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
  • Review the GLs, Prepare the schedules for accrual of expenses and revenues, Prepare the working for GL posting. Ensure monthly closing of books of accounts as per IFRS.
  • Review the revenue billing and expenses for accuracy and ensure the compliance as per approval workflow/DOA.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
  • Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
