Job Description:

Provide effective functional and technical support for the Digital Banking (Mobile/Internet) Applications for users and ensure issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner as per the service level agreement. Work closely and communicate effectively with business users as well as software vendors on solution delivery and issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Java, SQL, Unix, log analysis, and flow debugging
  • Understanding of typical software development lifecycles and best practices.
  • Understanding of application servers like Web Sphere, JBoss, Nginx, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Banking Experience preferred.
  • At least 5–7 years of support and development experience in the Digital Banking Application.
  • Deep understanding of the Finacle E-Banking Solution
  • It is preferred to have knowledge of Cloud and DevOps concepts.
