Develop channel plan with identified optimal channel mix and strategy development for all channels including channel roles, expansion / scale back plan, format, channel dimensioning, product mix (covering postpaid, prepaid, home broadband, Mobile money etc).
- Develop & Automate Daily Dashboards/Reports and Performance Indicators to support the sales team drive daily sales and revenue targets
- Analyses the vendor performance related to specific contracts.
- Develop budget across sales channels, identify synergy and sales efficiency opportunity
- Develop comprehensive business models to evaluate and project performance of existing channels as well as how to enhance current operations
- Set overall sales target and KPIs, breakdown by channel, geography and market potential.
- Collaborate with Channel Heads and related parties e.g. Commission, KPI, Target, Go to Market, Marketing,
- Channel Strategy to ensure proper alignment and synergy.operational efficiency.
- Analyze channel performance and identify new opportunities for revenue uplift, cost savings or improved competitive positioning
- Support and work closely with channel owners and related stakeholders to understand channel specific problems and customers’ pain points and develop solutions to address the issue
- Keeps updated records of all reviewed contracts/ POS and all missing information/issues raised.
- Design commissions, trade campaigns across channels and geographies
