Assistant Manager – Performance Management

Job Description:

S/he will work closely with the Manager and PICG Tech team to deploy and administer the end-to-end PM process across the bank inclusive of communication and reporting of the various performance cycles throughout the year.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide the first line of support to the staff during the different stages of the performance management process regarding their queries on policy; attend to user enquiries according to standards.
  • Generate and share PM completion reports on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that the objective set as part of the MBOs are ‘SMART’ & aligned to the overall business strategy & departmental goals.
  • Support with new process automation on an ongoing basis.
  • Administer the end-to-end process of Performance Management from a system perspective. Managing the
  • PM system as a super admin user; responsible for goal setting, annual & mid-year performance review cycles & monthly checks-ins.
  • Assist with the design, development and implementation of all PICG systems pertaining to performance management.
  • Drive execution with quality and timeliness – provide prompt support to stakeholders in order to ensure that employees are able to adhere to the performance management process timelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Focused
  • Expertise in MIS reporting skills.
  • Understanding of HR systems and procedures (experience with Oracle is a plus)
  • Logical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Bachelors Degree in HR / business (or related discipline) with at least 4-6 years relevant (Performance Management) experience in HR
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices including performance management
