Job Description:

Meet the HR requirements of the assigned Groups/ Divisions and International Branches.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans for staffing the positions with the Line Manager.
  • Conduct interviews and assessment centers in order to shortlist candidates for the open positions.
  • Recommend grade / salary for the new recruits.
  • Evaluate new recruitment markets / new agencies for attracting talent.
  • Maintain market information about the positions handled.
  • Attract appropriate candidates for the position through the network of recruitment agencies/ advertisements / other sources.
  • Coordinate with Groups / Divisions and International Branches to define the TA requirements and develop candidate specifications for the open positions.

Job Requirements:

  • A good understanding of the business.
  • 5-6 years of TA experience in a similar position in the banking industry.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of immigration and Labor Law.
  • Experience and skills in evaluation of candidates to assess job and profile fit.
