Job Description:

Manage and control User Profile Administration (UPA) support for users across the bank and overseas offices to ensure efficient and secured support to end users. The support should be always available and upon call as well.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in Periodic review and cleanup of the user access to systems and removal of redundant users/profiles.
  • Help users in day-to-day system problems through iHelp / Hotline / Emails.
  • Preparation of test plans / cases for the system testing.
  • Identify areas for enhancement, rationalization and improvement of processes & operations and suggest ways to improve productivity. Identify and eliminate areas of weaknesses to have better control, reduce error and enhance internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new requirements for automation / re-engineering.
  • Creation of specifications for system enhancements for User Profile Administration.
  • Manage and maintain users accesses to all banking applications based on their requirements to run the business.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong interpersonal skill, problem solving, analytical, planning skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking applications namely Core-Banking, IRIS, CRM, EDMS, GTS, PRIME,
  • Select, BPM, Oracle Financials, Flexcube Direct Banking, SWIFT etc.
  • 05-10 years’ experience in business environment in technology-oriented bank.
