Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-savvy Business Analyst to join our prestigious hospital in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and informed decision-making through in-depth data analysis, process optimization, and strategic insights. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance patient experiences, and contribute to the hospital’s continued success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive presentations, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize operational dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with department head and stakeholders to understand operational goals and challenges, leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to forecast trends, model scenarios, and support strategic planning efforts.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and integration across various systems and platforms.
• Drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for process optimization, resource allocation, and workflow automation.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and propose targeted solutions for enhancement.

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and industry standards within the UAE.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Minimum five years experience as an Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis and process optimization, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
