Job Description:

The Business Development Associate (BDA) – B2B is one of the most crucial and impactful roles in our company and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. The BDA – B2B is responsible to own the complete B2B (offices, companies, etc) sales process in order to acquire new accounts from the business sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
  • Plan, organize, and execute business development programs
  • Build relations with the key decision makers of businesses (corporate offices) and present InstaShop as an alternative to traditional supplies purchasing (either administrative or procurement).
  • Assist and cooperate with other Business Development Managers
  • Find new ways to penetrate the B2B market, approach businesses and convince them to use InstaShop.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of accounts for the U.A.E.
  • Provide feedback towards improving the applications and the processes of the company

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Top class persuasive skills
  • Superb clarity in communication and commercial awareness
  • Business or engineering related bachelor/masters preferred
  • Negotiation experience
  • Able to quickly adopt and take advantage of seemingly unfavorable
