We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in sales strategies, relationship building, and industry knowledge to identify and capture new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, consistently delivering outstanding results.
  •  Acquirer relationship management with top banks in the region.
  •  Collaborate with prospects to design customized payment processing strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, offering insights into market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
  • Identify and research potential clients within your assigned territory, verticals, or industry segments.
  • Leverage a consultative approach to understand clients’ unique needs and objectives, positioning noon payments as a valuable solution.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  •  Proactively reach out to leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and other strategic methods to introduce noon payments’ payment gateway solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  •  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  •  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  •  Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. –
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  •  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace continuous learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  •  5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the technology, fintech, or payments industry.
  •  Familiarity with payment gateway solutions and online payment processes is a plus.
