Job Description:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Business Process Management Specialist to join Emirates Transport. This role is responsible for the design and realization of Business Process Improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage industry best practices to help build a culture of continuous improvement across Emirates Transport.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement projects as assigned by the head of the business unit.
  • Conduct professional measuring and monitoring as well as provision of feedback on the performance of business processes.
  • Deliver and record the training of business owners who are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes.
  • Conduct and facilitate Emirates Transport process orientation workshops involving liaising with business units and other departments and explaining process requirements.
  • Ensure the process improvement pipeline is well maintained and translate improvements into hard and soft benefits.
  • Engage in effective stakeholder management to obtain buy-in for improvement and change initiatives.
  • Support with communicating any updates related to business process management to all sectors.
  • Support with designing and maintaining Emirates Transport’s business process data integrity, architecture, and repository.
  • Maintain high visibility and awareness of the BPR methodology, and ongoing initiatives
  • Support with facilitating Emirates Transport process orientation workshops involving liaising with business units and other departments and explaining process requirements.
  • Support with the training of business owners who are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes.
  • Contribute to developing Emirates Transport’s business process management frameworks.
  • Support with evaluating the Emirates Transport strategy to identify requirements for business process development.
  • Research and analyze leading practices to develop suitable business processes for Emirates Transport.
  • Design, develop, and implement business processes to achieve Emirates Transport’s goals and objectives.
  • Discern and articulate differences between various steps and business processes to properly identify the different owners at each process step.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of process modeling techniques
  • Excellent in-depth knowledge of process modeling tools i.e., ARIS, Blueworks, etc.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certification in quality or process improvement methodology i.e., Lean Six Sigma
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a process improvement-relevant field
