Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join our dubizzle pro motors team in Dubai. You will handle high volumes of inbound calls and outbound calls whilst working closely with the field sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal with outbound calls to target potential customers and be required to meet conversion quotas and KPIs
  • Manage and handle customer complaints, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting
  • Handle customer enquiries and emails
  • Meet our customer SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team
  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels

Job Requirements:

  • Hard working, willing to go above and beyond to deliver
  • Available 6 days a week and potentially Fridays
  • A minimum of 12 months experience working in a call center/tele sales role
  • Experience in a fast paced role requiring continuous multitasking (you will handle a constant stream of inbound calls whilst also answer customer emails) ream of inbound calls while also having to answer client
  • WhatsApp messages)
  • Flexible with working hours
