Job Description:

The position is responsible for for customer setup/enrollment activity in Central Bank system and for performing maintenance in Central Bank system related to customer profile to update the existing record and to Unroll customer in system when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • No outstanding in the queue to ensure achievement of agreed SLA / TAT.
  • Perform data quality checks before updating the data in Central bank Portal.
  • Understanding and usage of central bank Overlay Service Web Portal.
  • All processing should be as per Central Bank guidelines and agreed SOP.
  • Responsible for authorizing/inputting transactions into the Central bank system.
  • Ensure errors/knowledge gaps are shared with line manager/team to address customer service issues.
  • Ad-hoc tasks and initiatives given by the Team Head

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in handling external and internal Banking systems such as Flex cube, BPM, CRM, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 4-6 years of relevant working experiences in Operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and good team player.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
