Job Description:

Implement the policies and supervise the processes used for confirming KPI’s and establishing Performance Targets for reporting purposes. (The development of strategic & main KPI’s within the RTA are the responsibility of Corporate Planning).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement the performance management policies and methodologies (e.g. balanced scorecard) used within the RTA. (The primary emphasis is on strategic performance management).
  • Implement the policies and supervise the processes used for performance analysis. (The methodology used is key performance drivers and global benchmarking).
  • Implement the policies and supervise the processes related to current period performance reports and trend analysis.
  • Implement the policies and supervise the processes used for data collection and verification within the RTA (as it relates specifically to data required for KPI reporting).
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a recognized university
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes & systems.
  • Excellent Business writing skills..
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
  • Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
