Cleaning Supervisor

Job Description:

To ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the premises by leading and advising the cleaning team to follow the prescribed methods and frequencies in line with the requirements of the cleaning specifications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Confirm that all sickness, absence and holidays are reported in line with company procedures
• Ensure that all weekly time sheets are completed and handed to admin support within the correct time limited
• Ensure teamwork within individual teams & Interfaces regularly with the customers & clients when required meeting & exceeding their expectations
• Responsible for onsite training, development and reviewing the team, all training records to be completed and filled accordingly
• Ensure that any additional transport requirements are adhered too and work alongside the transport division to ensure smooth running
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times & to ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times
