Job Description:

We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic colleague focused Human Resources professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions to our colleagues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report any complaint from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources /
  • Human Resources Manager
  • Maintain the furniture store of the accommodation
  • Maintain an inventory of all new linen purchased for the colleagues
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times, especially in the bathrooms
  • Ensure accommodation of the new associate is in hygienic and good condition
  • Prepare room for new associate arriving as per the SOP’s
  • Clean all public areas in and around the accommodation
  • Clean all common areas of the accommodation
  • Ensure that maintenance requests with regard to any repair and maintenance requirements in the accommodation are immediately made and follow-up on pending maintenance requests
  • Clear all garbage on daily basis

Job Requirements:

You should have ideally a high school qualification with previous experience in a related discipline. You must have a good command of English and Computer skills are of an advantage. The ideal candidate will be helpful, courteous and with a positive attitude. You have the ability to perform with high standard of social skills enabling you to interact and deal with other colleagues effectively. You portray a fair, friendly style and be easily approachable for associates, while possessing following additional competencies:
