As a pivotal player within the Ignite Products team, you will architect a consumer product portfolio that spans mobile, fixed, and value-added services that transitions our customers to a revolutionary digital platform — one that promises unparalleled customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with key business stakeholders to align the prioritisation and deliver of features and functionality
• Align with Ignite technology team and technology vendors to support design that meets requirements with minimal customisation of platforms (90% out of the box functionality)
• Lead the go to market planning within commercial directorate to ensure a smooth introduction of products and capabilities with minimal negative impacts to business KPIs
• Lead a cross functional team to develop and refine all product requirements for the consumer market including mobile, fixed & value-added services across prepaid and premium (postpaid) segments
• Develop a roadmap of new capabilities that can enhance both existing products and planned roadmap

Job Requirements:

• Experience in managing and influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience of full product lifecycle process development and operation, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and backlog prioritization
• Experience working in large scale transformation projects (desirable)
• Consumer product development and management experience across fixed, mobile and content services
• Experience of building digital products with a class leading customer experience
• Experience in requirements definition and interaction with technical departments to jointly develop and launch new propositions
