Job Description:

You will be responsible to support the continuous improvement and transformation process within the organization by implementing improvement initiatives that deliver business outcomes. You will utilize various methods of performance measurement, data analysis, root cause problem-solving, and process improvement techniques to identify and implement changes that reduce cost and improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and manage relationships with intimal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated data structures and data- driven solutions in co-ordination with business stakeholders to enable operational transparency within CI&T (including but not limited to performance reporting, KPI’s, CPI’s, volumetric).
  • Identify, monitor and analyze processes (value stream mapping) for opportunities to improve through the use of CASE principles (Centralize, Automate, Simplify, Eliminate) for the assigned portfolio.
  • Provide operational inputs in CI&T reviews of current process and contribute to the identifications of future ideal state to solve business problems.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of transformation initiatives and update stakeholders accordingly.
  • Apply critical and analytical thinking skills to translate complex information into understandable and impactful implementation plans.
  • Leads small scale initiatives through disciplined data led measures, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives to define best practice solutions.
  • Actively engage and communicate effectively with the relevant stakeholders for the assigned portfolio in order to establish trust-based relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience of Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Cognitive, and Artificial Intelligence
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with job-related experience
  • Experience of process mining and automated data analytics
  • Experience of developing detailed performance reporting, visual management, executive dashboards and insight-based analytics
  • Proven experience in process optimization / transformation
  • Strong problem investigation skillset supported by some level of experience in process root cause and cause/effect analysis and solution development/deployment
  • Data analysis interpretation and evaluation of reports
