Job Description:

Develop & implement L0 & L1 Operational Strategy in par with the du Operations Division’s strategy and so to assist organization in achieving its operating aspirations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan the operational strategy for Service Support and Service Delivery teams in delivering Fault management,
  • Problem Management, Change Management & Service Desk.
  • Financial excellence (Budgets, revenue/profit and costs)
  • Accountable to meet TOC reductions as per financial performance plan.
  • Monitor financial performance versus plans and budgets within the department and ensure that all related activities are carried out in compliance with the approved budget.
  • Authorize daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly financial execution of service Operation Centre organization & its governance.
  • Plan/Manage Operations Service Management to ensure the delivery of the required contributions in terms of providing innovative and effective Information Technology solutions and services that supports and enhances the business..

  • Good knowledge of the products and services offered to du customers.
  • 5+ years’ experience and knowledge of service and security infrastructure, technologies, concepts, and products
