Job Description:

Working closely with the Operational Excellence Team Leader and specialists to prepare comprehensive action plans, including tasks planning, resources allocation, timeframes and budgets for Operational Excellence projects. Coordinates various operational excellence project activities between the Specialist, the end users, third party contractors and all operations group participants

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follows up of improvement projects activities and provides general support by assisting in project correspondences, coordinating in other operating areas on system related issues.
  • Organizes resources required for executing the planned activities. Follows up on resources to ensure timely completion of the projects till close out.
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling and coordination of major excellence and continuous improvement projects in coordination with the commercial Executional Excellence Department Team
  • Participates in the preparation of annual requirements for budget including scope of activities, scheduling of activities, and allocation of resources.
  • Identifies any projects bottlenecks and recommends corrective action to ensure smooth and timely completion of each project at optimum cost.

Job Requirements:

  • PMP is preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management activities.
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
