Job Description:

This role reports to the Portfolio Delivery Manager. The Technology Delivery Manager owns the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project, and is responsible for delivering projects to Airline Commercial Revenue Management Business Unit after deployment and testing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Aid in delivering on-going content calendars based on business priorities
  • Work with online customer care teams to monitor sentiments and feedback on key insights related to products and services
  • Activating live events on social media including filming, editing, and publishing of mobile-first content on ground
  • Alignment with internal and external paid media teams on amplification of social assets
  • Deputise for the Social Lead as required
  • Copywriting with the ability to tell engaging stories in the brand tone of voice across various social channels
  • Involvement in assessing content creator partnerships with C2C teams to provide best practices and guidance for creation of social assets
  • Measure, analyse and report social metrics on an on-going basis

Job Requirements:

  • Background in aviation, travel, lifestyle is preferable
  • Fluency in English. Arabic would be a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience with a global social or digital agency, or in-house
  • Demonstrated experience working in social media as a social media manager with a strong background
  • content creation and strategy
  • Experience in project management and working with agencies
  • Knowledge of social media publishing and listening tools
