Job Description:

The CRM Processes Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline our operations. The CRM Process Specialist will also support designing all sales processes in CRM, managing requirements, and working with IT to execute developments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops quantitative analysis, tools, ad hoc reports, and models to support sales excellence.
  • Presents the findings and recommendations to the senior management and business teams.
  • Administers and maintains the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity.
  • Customizes and configures the CRM system to meet the organization’s evolving needs.
  • Defines and drives analyses aimed at developing a deep and holistic understanding of customer needs and behavior, business performance, growth drivers, and trends.
  • Reviews the insights to solve business challenges, and drive differentiation through measurement and feedback.
  • Translates data insights into actions and recommendations that will drive brand sentiment, user growth and engagement, and marketing effectiveness in coordination with the Head of Sales.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of CRM processes and makes necessary adjustments.
  • Provides training and support to CRM users, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align CRM processes with sales and marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
