Job Description:

Leading, guiding, and motivating colleagues (in the same department and floor) to work together and ensure they are delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Finance Department with complete cash documentation following the standard practice of the accounting system.
  • Supervising the Customer Service team in work activities, reporting, appraisals, and other processes such as patient registration, cash receipts (invoicing), and counter cash collection at the end of every shift.
  • Supporting the Patient Relations team by professionally accommodating and answering all patients’ queries and complaints.
  • Managing Outpatient Department traffic including walk-in patients and organizing health providers’ patient flow.
  • Ensuring staff is engaged and business runs efficiently by organizing, delegating, and monitoring extra workload.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with other departments such as Revenue Cycle Management, Nursing, and Clinical Departments for timely approvals and appropriate utilization of resources.

Job Requirements:

  • Organizer, planner, and delegator.
  • Advanced professional communication skills with customers, visitors, and colleagues.
  • A certificate in customer management is not mandatory but preferred.
  • Advanced time management and experience in managing workloads.
  • Broad knowledge of clerical, registration, and accounting practices in healthcare or hospitality fields.
  • Proficiency in English is essential,
  • Bachelor’s degree: Accounting is essential.
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
