Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints and provide product support and information to the clients. They will also process contracts and legal documents, making modifications on the client packages/order and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing contracts and legal documents.
  • Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work under stress & Multi-tasking
  • Customer support or executive experience preferably in an e-commerce company
  • Familiar with using ticketing systems and computers
  • Preferably Undergraduate degree in business
  • Good communication skills – oral and written
  • Analyzing information
  • Problem solving
