Job Description:

We are hiring a competent Digital Hub Office co-ordinator to help keep the Hub running smoothly so that colleagues can stay focused on building products that delight colleagues and customers.

This role will be at the organizational heart of our new Digital Hub in Dubai and we are looking for a fun, creative, high energy team player who will do whatever they can to make sure our new community runs efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • This ones a no brainer. The main responsibility is to do whatever it takes to keep the office afloat.
  • The Hub co-ordinator will be tasked with keeping track of minor accounting matters such as accounts payable or receivables.
  • Many times the office manager is the point person for dealing with different third party administrative services. Other administrative tasks assigned to the Hub co-ordinator include colleague tasks such as onboarding new internal and external resources, liaising with IT.
  • The Hub co-ordinator is responsible for making sure supplies are ordered on time as well as always accessible to the team. Finally, the Hub co-ordinator should also make sure the office is neat and free of clutter.
  • The Hub co-ordinator will work on (not limited to) artwork for monthly reports, newsletters, events etc. both inside and outside the Digital Hub Community across Alshaya.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Prior Administration experience of atleast 1 year is a plus.
  • Good with digital tools like Canva, Adobe etc..
  • A basic understanding of how offices work and how to manage their priorities.
  • Liaising with internal functions to get things done, such as IT & Property.
