Digital Learning Production Partner

Job Description:

The successful candidate will design the digital solutions that meet the need of the employee of the future.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Strategic Solutions, Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Optimisation to enable their solutions through digital wizardry.
• Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with our digital strategy.
• Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials.
• Engage with vendors and partner providers (where required) to design, develop and deliver innovative learning and development tools in alignment with business needs.
• Liaise with the broader Digital Experience Team, IT and partner providers to ensure the accessibility and smooth running of digital learning solutions.
• Leverage subject matter experts across the Group to ensure a high quality of digital learning content.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Business Partners to fully understand business requirements.
• Conceptualise, develop and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.
