Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Technology Architecture to lead and innovate in the domains of ERP, Ecommerce, Integration, and Customer Technologies. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for defining, designing, and implementing robust technology architectures that drive our organization’s digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, scalability, and security while fostering a culture of innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert leadership and oversight of ERP and Ecommerce architecture initiatives.
• Develop and drive the technology architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Define technology roadmaps for ERP, Ecommerce, Integration, and Customer Technologies, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Champion customer-centric technology solutions, focusing on enhancing the user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of technology architects and specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and opportunities for career growth
• Managing a team of 6-8 architects
• Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to align technology architectures with customer needs and expectations.
• Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP and Ecommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of modern architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in leading cross-functional technology teams and managing technology vendors and partners.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology strategies with organizational goals.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in technology architecture, with a strong track record in ERP, Ecommerce, Integration, and Customer Technologies.
