Engineer – CS Core

Job Description:

Responsible for SME IREG, Trouble Ticket, Change Request and Acceptance Testing.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases.
• Configuration Changes in CS and PS core nodes (MSS/UGW/HLR/STP, DEA)
•  Trouble Ticket resolution within SLA
•  Acceptance Testing and New Feature Implementation
•  Understanding Operation of Multivendor Core Environment.
•  Operations and maintenance of MSS/UGW/HLR/STP, DEA
• Able to read, understand and analyses to the call flow and Telecom Protocol traces.
•  Perform IREG tasks including testing, new partner launch, Ir21 documents updates.
• Able to generate Audit, health, capacity Reports.
•  Handling Customer Complaints
•  Have good in-depth knowledge of Roamware Servers.
•  Core Optimization and performance evaluation based on defined targets.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications or Computer engineering or equivalent.
•  Good knowledge in Mobile Core services and signaling.
• Preferred existing knowledge of the Value-added services products.
• 7 years of experience with 1-2 years of experience in the Telecommunication Field
•  Communication, leadership, relationship.
• To have Customer oriented approach as a Team.
