Responsible for SME IREG, Trouble Ticket, Change Request and Acceptance Testing.
- Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases.
- Configuration Changes in CS and PS core nodes (MSS/UGW/HLR/STP, DEA)
- Trouble Ticket resolution within SLA
- Acceptance Testing and New Feature Implementation
- Understanding Operation of Multivendor Core Environment.
- Operations and maintenance of MSS/UGW/HLR/STP, DEA
- Able to read, understand and analyses to the call flow and Telecom Protocol traces.
- Perform IREG tasks including testing, new partner launch, Ir21 documents updates.
- Able to generate Audit, health, capacity Reports.
- Handling Customer Complaints
- Have good in-depth knowledge of Roamware Servers.
- Core Optimization and performance evaluation based on defined targets.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronic or Telecommunications or Computer engineering or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in Mobile Core services and signaling.
- Preferred existing knowledge of the Value-added services products.
- 7 years of experience with 1-2 years of experience in the Telecommunication Field
- Communication, leadership, relationship.
- To have Customer oriented approach as a Team.
