Coordinate and liaise between the respective Food and Beverage Supervisor by delivering a high quality of standard food and beverage service within assigned area of service. The role will also be required to ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to customers with attention to detail with emphasis on increasing brand value at all times.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor and carry duties in his absence by maintaining service levels.
- Attends and be actively involved in daily team briefings, ensuring that all rules, regulations and procedures are followed.
- Follow hygienic food and beverage management procedures.
- Provides Food & Beverage service to all customers within respective Lounges or as directed by the Food and Beverage Supervisor.
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, stores and other areas of operation to ensure seamless integration of duties and functions.
- Undertake general or special duties as requested by the Food and Beverage Supervisor / Lounge Manager.
- Ensure attention to detail and focus on providing excellent services to all customers within respective Lounges.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
- Minimum of High School Graduation
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and promote positive team working environment
- Knowledge of current Food and Beverage regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
