Job Description:

The Front Office – Transport Supervisor is responsible for the transportation operations of the front office department. They oversee a team of drivers and ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of guests and employees, as well as the maintenance of company vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor maintain the condition of company vehicles, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and comply with safety regulations.
  • Handle guest transportation requests, ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times.
  • Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation operations, including vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and driver activities.
  • Schedule and track vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate the arrival and departure of guests by assigning drivers and vehicles based on the transportation needs and schedules.
  • Train and supervise a team of drivers, providing them with the necessary resources and support to carry out their responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and skills, with ability build positive relationships with guests, employees, and vendors.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of transportation operations, regulations, and safety standards.
  • High school diploma equivalent in transportation or hospitality management are a plus.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven work experience a Supervisor or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
