General Manager

Job Description:

To position and grow the IVF business locally and internationally in a sustainable manner and in line with the strategic direction of the company and manage the daily operations of the business

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure sustainable business development and growth of IVF services
• Support the clinical team with the implementation and optimisation of clinical standards and related governance
• Provide operational and financial oversight and guidance to ensure operational efficiencies are realised
• To lead and manage the team

Job Requirements:

• Certification in Training and Development or related studies is desired
• A post graduate degree in business administration / commerce or finance will be an advantage
• A relevant bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment is desired
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development or training in a formal setting, at least
• 1 year of which involved team leading responsibilities
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diplomaes
