Job Description:

Etihad Airways is refocused and committed in building an Alliances Strategy to ensure optimal network reach and revenue growth. As Head of Alliances & Partnerships, you will be responsible for designing, delivering & developing a successful, virtual network between Etihad Airways & other airlines, through strong alliances and partnerships, in order to generate the maximum revenue for the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Continuously review all partner agreements in order to ensure they all are generating their maximum revenue for Etihad Airways
  • Own & develop Etihad Airways’ corporate relationship with partners.
  • Implement the agreement including its terms & conditions, whilst also maintaining the agreement for the future in case of any possible changes from either Etihad or the partner airline’s side.
  • Identify agreement opportunities worldwide with other airlines & negotiate them accordingly in order to achieve the maximum revenue possible out of the agreement.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience within aviation industry in the areas of: sales, network, revenue management & airport operations
  • Bachelors from a reputable university
  • Extrovert type personality with the skill of building relationships
  • 10 years+ management/leadership experience within the aviation industry
