Hospitality Manager

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Manager (3 Months- Extendable) for our trusted client to be based out of UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with PGM on Operations planning.
• Collect feedback from guests and employees and establish action plans, based on that feedback, for further service or other improvement.
• Work closely with COP28 Protocol/VIP team for special quest visits and events.
• Ensure Guest Services team coordinate and facilitate the Events team operation and all related tasks are delivered to a high standard.
• Liaise with Expo Dubai and COP28 Guest Support teams, together with PGM/PDGM where necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Leading team of 50+ Associates, mandatory.
• MS Office, mandatory.
• GCC working experience, mandatory.
• Arabic language, conversational proficiency, preferred.
• 3-5 years of hospitality ops management, mandatory.
