Job Description:

Managing and directing HR operations tasks for the concept, ranging from employee mapping, TAMS (attendance system), etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ¬†Coordinate half yearly performance appraisals and annual merit increase cycles
  • Tracking monthly employee performance scorecards and coordinating incentive payouts
  • Manpower Planning and Headcount reconciliations.
  • Work closely with the Payroll Executive on any employee requests related to salary certificates, payslip, employee leave application status
  • Ensure the employee requests are executed effectively, promptly, and always maintained professionally within the stipulated time as per the policy.
  • Configuring & Coordinating Employee Surveys
  • Coordinate Disciplinary Inquiries
  • Coordinate with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
  • Managing the Rewards & Recognition qualifiers of the concept across territories.
