The primary focus of the role will be to develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales to SMEs and also responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and negotiating sales contracts and creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and attending industry events to promote their products or services.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with SMEs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to SME clients.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems or other sales tools.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients to secure new sales opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products or services to SMEs.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, potential growth areas, and competitors’ activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, campaigns, and collateral to promote products or services to SMEs.
- 8 – 10 years’ experience B2B automotive industry, including knowledge of the different sectors and the needs and challenges faced by SMEs.
- Experience with managing and leading a team.
- Experience with managing increase volume and managing collections.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Valid UAE drivers license.
- Experience with managing model wise target.
