Job Description:

Working closely with the Human Resurces General Manager towards implementing the Human Resources agenda for MAF Lifestyle, spanning across recruitment, performance management, employee relations, retention and implementation of Human Resources related policies and procedures, supporting the implementation of company wide Human Resources initiatives such as digital implementation in MAF Lifestyle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure All Human Resources Related Policies And Procedures Are Correctly Implemented And Monitor Business Compliance.
  • Manage Disciplinary And Grievance Investigations And Ensuring Company And Legal Compliance Throughout.
  • Build Strong Professional Relationships With All Internal Customers Across Maf Operating Companies, Head Office Functions And Store Management.
  • Support The Group Wide Employee Engagement Initiatives And Drive Efforts Towards The Same Within Maf Lifestyle.
  • Review And Monitor Human Resources Related Costs, Gaining Necessary Approvals Where Required.
  • Manage The Onboarding Process And Ensure New Joiners Are Oriented Appropriately Into Majid Al Futtaim Culture And Values

Job Requirements:

  • 6 To 8 Years’ Experience In An Human Resources Generalist Roles.
  • Qualification In Human Resources, E.G. CIPD.
  • 3 To 5 Years’ Experience In A Human Resources Partner Role.
  • Experience In The Fashion Or Furniture Retail Environment Is A Must.
