Job Description:

To implement and maintain frameworks for certification achieved, review audit findings. Guide internal resources to ensure best practices are followed throughout the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To prepare detailed reports on audit findings and submitted to the management, as well as recommend changes in order to develop the operations.
  • To prepare, analyze, and verify annual review plan aiming to review all processes within the existing certifications and new certificates identified in the future.
  • To conduct training sessions for employees to ensure IT Security & Quality section objectives and activities are coherent and objectives easily understood by employees.
  • To ensure documentation is maintained for, quality assurance program & IT Standards, policies Information Security
  • Ensure compliance to IT policy in terms of implementation and monitoring of information security management in your department in line with the UAE region ISR policy.
  • To track and communicate the status of problem resolution efforts with all levels of the organization from highly technical to key business leaders.
  • To effectively liaise with all audits and follow up with audit reports and update the management on the results. If required, recommend changes in the activities.
  • To ensure best practices are carried out for IT operations.
  • To investigate and diagnose root cause and recommend corrective actions needed to reduce problem instances.
  • To collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
