Job Description:

Responsible for assembling the Integration Management team and for the overall success of the integration initiatives across the Group and ensuring that all value is captured by providing support to the initiative owners and assessing the impact of the initiatives on the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in prioritizing initiatives and in drafting initiatives plans and charters.
  • Develop integration program and align with initiatives owners on scope and timeline.
  • Conduct continuous follow ups on the integration initiatives until the integration is complete.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives and create the right forums to drive solutions.
  • Provide integration program oversight and potential risk and assess impact of initiatives on business.
  • Drive pace of integration and ensure seamless integration and capture of M&A synergies.
  • Help de-bottleneck on synergy and value capture by providing critical thinking, facilitating cross-collaboration in the Group and helping source expertise.
  • Assemble the Integration Management team and set up the IM unit by developing a ramp-up plan and developing the process of SOPs.
  • Review value capture targets and stress-test ambition level
  • Track progress in value capture and verify the baseline for the integration initiatives.
  • Manage the integration teams across the Group and ensure that they are delivering impact and progressing on the integration program by providing them with the needed support.
  • Prepare performance management reports on the IM unit and share with the TIMO.
  • Support in prioritizing initiatives and in drafting initiatives plans and charters.

Job Requirements:

  • The ability to assess and prioritize integration initiatives, develop plans, and create forums to drive solutions.
  • The ability to manage integration projects, including developing project plans, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring business stability after completion.
  • Understanding of M&A processes and experience in driving seamless integration and value capture in past M&A initiatives.
  • The ability to identify and solve problems and provide critical thinking in the integration process.
  • Understanding of potential risks involved in integration initiatives and the ability to manage and mitigate those risks effectively.
  • Master’s degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership
  • Proficient in English and Arabic
  • Years of experience required7-10
  • The ability to manage and steer cross-functional integration initiatives and teams effectively.
