Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure confidential and sensitive information is protected at all times
  • Work with team members and procurement manager to complete responsibilities as needed .
  • Handle emails, make follow ups, arrange for documents
  • Schedule appointments and organize meetings and presentations .

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with Basic operating knowledge of software such as SAP and ARIBA P2P
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of administration and sectorial works
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Office Administration or secretarial preferably in Procurement/ Accounts/
  • Finance/ Corporate Services
