- Ensure confidential and sensitive information is protected at all times
- Work with team members and procurement manager to complete responsibilities as needed .
- Handle emails, make follow ups, arrange for documents
- Schedule appointments and organize meetings and presentations .
- Preferably with Basic operating knowledge of software such as SAP and ARIBA P2P
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of administration and sectorial works
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Office Administration or secretarial preferably in Procurement/ Accounts/
- Finance/ Corporate Services
