Job Description:

To manage the implementation of technology projects and changes, provide subject matter expertise of various complexity based on an in-depth understanding of the bank’s systems, processes and functional business requirements and help design and develop technical solutions while supporting business with the management and maintenance of business systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for maintaining PCIDSS standards.
  • Responsible for coordinating and assisting internal teams for hardening / patching upgrade and schedule maintenance
  • Responsible to provide support to project team on any project related work.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting critical issues and communicate all customer impacted issues to line manager and concern teams.
  • Responsible for preparing root cause analysis report for every customer impacted issue.
  • Responsible for maintaining access list, tracking sheet for incidents and change releases.
  • Responsible for SLA management and KPI
  • Follow up with vendors and external partners on the issues and resolutions
  • Responsible for health check & architecture documentation
  • Provide UAT support for the systems assigned.
