Job Description:

Manages the operation, and support of the company’s Helpdesk, Printers hardware infrastructure, including selection, installation, and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides skilled technical support/delivery capability, with minimal supervision, for the current and future delivery, support, and maintenance of production servers in the technical operations environment.
  • Complies with operational standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Good Understanding about the POS systems
  • Manages and supports engagements with third-party hardware vendors during procurement and maintenance.
  • Manage upgrades in software and hardware
  • Provide Remote Support over the phone to different regions.
  • Provide field support for stores at different location in all over UAE
  • Identify, configure and rollout system hardware & software installation in accordance with company policy

Job Requirements:

  • Experience (Yrs& Field) : 3-5 year
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science
  • Basic Understanding of Firewalls and Networks, including Routing and Switching.


  • Good communication skills.
  • Professional Certifications : MCSE, CCNA
