To suggest and provide right kind of solutions and conduct technical presentations surveys along with presales & sales team, not limited to Telecom, IT and Enterprise solutions (Network, security Server/Storage solutions)
- To establish a rapport and long-term relationship with the customers
- To collect feedback and provide feedback to the client on regular basis.
- To identify key stakeholders at client’s place and schedule meetings with them and understand the requirement clearly at a macro level.
- To study the new market opportunities and look for better business revenues.
- To follow up with the customer until closure for the case and provide them the services as per their urgency.
- To ensure frontline sales teams are aware of new emerging technologies, so they can also identify opportunities and engage the ICT team.
- To develop the targeted customers for more business.
- 8+ years of UAE experience selling complex software-based solutions such as IT Solutions such as , security solution. Validated/Quantifiable track record of over-achievement. Large, complex deal management.
- Understand customer business objectives and can map these to relevant technology solutions.
- Able to travel is required.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Highly self-motivated and goal oriented, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, open minded, willing to listen and learn. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
