Job Description:

Support unified and optimized Maintenance Strategy across all operating sites to achieve Maintenance Excellence. Ensure development of applicable standards, procedures, and Maintenance Management framework, in collaboration with multi-divisional teams, so as to achieve standards set under Asset Management, thereby improving company bottom-line.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with ADNOC / AGC’s/ Partners / vendors/ specialized contractors / External agencies and drive Maintenance best practices across AR
  • Coordinate periodic Maintenance benchmarking studies (such as Solomon and KPIs) for the concerned operating sites, ensuring cost compliance.
  • Liaise with Procurement & inventory teams to support ‘Inventory Optimization.’
  • Analyse the overall AR sites maintenance and associated costs and provide optimization proposals for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, organize and execute a wide range of maintenance improvement initiatives across AR sites.
  • Propose plans & drive them to ensure standardized maintenance practices across AR operating sites.
  • Maintain and improve maintenance related metrices while working closely with operations and relevant stakeholders.
  • Scout for new technologies/ vendors & propose to management for enhancing Maintenance related practices across AR

Job Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in Maintenance, Operations Excellence, or related roles with good understanding of the maintenance practices, cost controlling systems and processes, preferably in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Control Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
