Job Description:

The Jr Project Manager, reporting to the Director of Business Operations, will play a crucial role in supporting the Sr Project Manager. This position is instrumental in defining and implementing strategic changes in our operations and assisting in deploying localization and transition programs for Business Operation fulfillment functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in deploying a standard operating framework for localization initiatives.
  • Support the execution of MOS and other transition processes, ensuring they reach live operational status.
  • Work with Cross-Functional Teams on regional initiatives, including Project Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), Vendor Selection, and Quality Audits.
  • Help craft deployment plans for transition and localization programs, leveraging organizational development, process design, and market analysis.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage and organize project-related documents and ensure all are up to date.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, send reminders, and prepare necessary materials for discussions.
  • Assist in scheduling project packages, ensuring they remain within constraints.
  • Maintain and update project databases, ensuring all stakeholders can access necessary information.
  • Handle correspondence related to projects, including emails and memos.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Sr Project Manager and other stakeholders to develop business cases for the HBT META localization agenda, ensuring alignment with global ISC strategies.
  • Optimize transition plans and solutions by leveraging regional functions, considering pricing, legal and contracts, trade compliance, IT, finance, HSE, CX, and fulfillment functions.
  • Uphold HOS principles, ensuring process compliance through coaching, support, and project audits.
  • Assist in establishing and managing regional ISC partnerships.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple streams of activity concurrently.
  • Degree level qualification in Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance or others associated subjects.
  • Passion for Project Management and Program Management.
  • Knowledge of PM tools and terminology.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Works with a collaborative mindset and behaviors.
  • Capability to effectively influence without authority.
  • Organization and planning skills.
  • Prior experience in Project Management, or PM certification preferrable
  • Lean/Six Sigma Skillset/Certification is an advantage
  • A strong Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Desire to progress within a large corporate business.
