As Manager, VIP Services at Atlantis The Royal, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide personalized service to our most distinguished guests. Your role will involve managing and supervising VIP services, ensuring that our guests feel like royalty every step of the way. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with VIP clients and their representatives. Your primary focus will be on anticipating and exceeding guest needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the smooth coordination of all VIP requests. Reporting into the Director of Rooms, you will have a team of 45 colleagues, AM’s & TL’s.

- 3-4 years in a mangerial position in Guest Relations or similar is required. Forbes or LQA knowledge desirable
