Job Description:

A super exciting role exists within the regional brand team based out of the talabat office in Dubai. As a Brand Content Designer Manager, you will be responsible for designing as well as supervising the design of engaging and persuasive content across various platforms and channels in specific Product and CRM. Your primary focus will be on creating content that effectively communicates our brand’s message, adheres effectively to our guidelines from a channel as well as brand perspective and ultimately engages our target audience in a way that drives the intended action.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of graphic designers, motion designers and content writers effectively so that consistent and best in class brand communication is achieved
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content design and digital marketing.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Review and act as strong gatekeeper to all outgoing content with a quality control assurance approach to ensure the designed content is aligned with all relevant guidelines
  • Push for a best in class content approach across channel and be solution focused in what is needed to achieve this goal
  • Ensure high quality assets are utilized in all channels and/or optimize what is being used
  • Develop a strong asset library in partnership with product stakeholders that can be utilized within the design
  • Be a guardian of all content displayed to customers and call out deviations from the best in class desired approach
  • Develop compelling and high-quality content for various marketing and communication channels utilized across the talabat region/local markets
  • Collaborate with the local marketing and regional design teams to create visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and guidelines as well as the channel specific guidelines
  • Have strong understanding of ways to measure content performance and ability to take date into action to enhance creative effectiveness
  • Design visual content that effectively communicates key messages and value propositions in specific channel relevant formats including IAM, banners and emails
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure content accuracy.

Job Requirements:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, convey design concepts, receive feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
    • Demonstrated success in creating a wide range of marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, print collateral, and digital advertisements.
    • A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong background in creating visually appealing and impactful designs across various platforms and mediums.
    • Experience using data and analytics to inform design decisions and optimize visual content for increased engagement and performance.
    • A track record of providing creative direction and collaborating with stakeholders, such as marketing managers, product managers, and copywriters, to ensure design concepts align with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
    • Experience in aligning graphic design efforts with marketing and brand strategies, ensuring that visual content communicates brand values and messaging effectively.
    • Proven experience in developing and maintaining brand identities, ensuring consistency in visual elements, color schemes, typography, and overall brand guidelines.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of content.
