To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and services available in the market that would benefit the business and take our services to the next level, thus driving consistent enhancements and driving value propositions

Job Requirements:

  • Oracle system knowledge and advantage
  • Comfortable working with senior level stakeholders
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Administrative lead experience of about 5-8 years
  • Service oriented mindset
  • Strong people management skills
  • Strong negotiation and Vendor management skills
  • Experience with leading similar critical functions an advantage – security printing, statements, etc
