- Identify and manage risks and issues related to program delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Work with vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure that program deliverables are met
- Manage programs related to the telecom business & CX, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify CX opportunities
- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- 5+ years experience in strategic analysis or program management in the telecom industry, or any related field around customer experience.
